The inventor of microsurgery, a UK school boy who was 14 at the time, it would make a good episode because there are a whole bunch of Americans of the wrong age, and even Margaret Thatcher saying that they did so, the humour level could be great.

Davros, before he became the mad genius half dalek nut job that he is now. The episodes with young Davros (as a kid) were superb, so lets see the Dictor travel with a Davros aged in his early 20’s. Would be dynamic.
